Accountability

EHCY has a three-member Audit Committee that functions independently from the Board and various committees. 

The Audit Committee is responsible for overseeing the best financial practices and ensuring strong internal controls of the organization. 

Audit Committee shall perform periodic audits and verify the Annual Financial Statement & Fund/Resource Allocations and Disbursements by the EHCY Board. 

The Audit Committee is responsible for overseeing the organization’s disclosure process, ensuring that the organization is complying with the relevant local and international laws; implementing regulations and ethical standards and principles; and complying with the organization’s bylaws and internal process.
